About the Group:

Welcome to the world of competitive swimming! We are so excited to have you! Our Blue Group is the perfect fit for those looking for their first experience with a competitive swim team while balancing their involvement in other activities. This training group is meant to bridge the gap between the red group and Bronze group.

Primary focus for this group with be stroke and skills refinement.

Mostly legal strokes are a requirement for this group. In this group, your swimmer

will:

• Continue stroke development through kick/drill sets

• Learn flip turns through a series of progression drills

• Continue dive work from previous group and progress into racing starts from

side and from starting block

• Stroke breakouts – how to transition from start entry into the stroke for

efficient transition

• Introduction to Bronze practices
