Sponsorship Opportunities
Dear Prospective Sponsor,
We invite you as an individual, company owner or company officer to support the American Energy Swim Club financially. American Energy Swim Club is a competitive youth swim club for boys and girls ranging in age from six to nineteen. Our athletes compete locally, regionally, and nationally with many continuing their swimming careers at the collegiate level. We have a long-standing history, which began in May 1956 as the Oklahoma City Swim Club. American Energy hosts a minimum of three meets per year bringing upwards of 1,500+ swimmers, parents and other spectators together at each meet in Edmond, Oklahoma.
Your financial support will allow us to continue to develop our swimmers into leaders with integrity, discipline, and excellence in the water, in families and the community. It is AESC’s vision to not only produce elite and national caliber athletes on a consistent basis but also to foster communities where water safety and swimming are accessible to all.
American Energy Swim Club has 501(c)(3) charitable status from the Internal Revenue Service, so all donations are tax deductible. We genuinely appreciate your consideration and support of AESC as we know that many worthwhile organizations ask for your help.

- Annual sponsorship agreements will be established for each Team Sponsor with an annual renewable date of April 1st if agreed upon by both parties.
- Annual sponsorship payments are due by March 15th of each year when there is an agreement.
- Team Sponsors will need to fill out and/or update their company information via the AESC Team Sponsor Form to be found by clicking HERE.
- American Energy Swim Club is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

- Should be submitted as JPEG or PNG

- In-Kind Sponsorships
In-kind sponsorships will be considered on an individual basis. Benefits for in-kind sponsorships will be determined by the Board of Directors, with benefits not to exceed those outlined above for cash sponsors.
